GENERAL INFORMATION & INSTRUCTIONS
The Ohio District 5 Area Agency on Aging, Inc. (AAA) is accepting renewal proposals to provide supportive and nutrition services for a twelve (12) month period beginning January 1, 2024, and terminating December 31, 2024, in accordance with these 2023 bid specifications. Proposal submissions will be accepted from 08/02/2023 through 09/07/2023.
The proposal specifications reflect the AAA’s preference regarding certain requirements, while displaying adherence to Federal, State and County regulations concerning supportive and nutrition service programs for older persons. These proposal specifications are based upon the Ohio Department of Aging’s Ohio Administrative Code Rules that may be accessed at https://codes.ohio.gov. The successful applicant must meet all requirements, current or reissued, of the Ohio Department of Aging and the AAA for supportive and nutrition services and comply with all Federal circulars, as applicable.
If you are applying for the same service in multiple counties, you will need to complete an additional application for each different service/county. The software will reuse some portions of your original application, allowing you to edit answers specific to a county/service.
